DESCRIPTION:Paws for Prevention is a heartfelt initiative by AFSP Nebraska\, marking its inaugural fundraiser in collaboration with the local Veterinary\, Animal Welfare\, and Pet-centered small business communities. This unique event promises a day filled with furry fun for dogs and their families\, featuring engaging activities\, diverse vendors\, an exciting raffle\, and more. All proceeds from this event contribute to the crucial cause of suicide prevention work in Lincoln and throughout Nebraska. We are grateful to partner with Off Leash Dog Bar and Brave Animal Rescue to make this fundraiser possible! \nWhat to expect:\n– A special Paws for Prevention CockTail (NA available)\n– Local Pet-Centered Vendors\n– A supply drive for Brave Animal Rescue\n– Fun activities for furry friends and their families!\n– Doggy photo booth (professional photographer on site)\n– Raffle prizes\n– Raise your Paw for Prevention Raffle\n… And more! \nRegistration:\nRegister in advance\, invite your friends to do the same\, and get the party going! Anyone who registers and raises $50 by May 19 will receive a door prize! Register at AFSP.ORG/NEPAWS \nCost for Entry:\nA $20 free-will donation at the door is welcome and encouraged for grownups! This is a family-friendly event. \nAre you bringing your dog? (…Please say yes!)\nOff Leash is open to all dogs\, their humans\, and dog lovers!\n-Off Leash will be open to all ages for this event.\n-Dogs must be at least 4 months old\, all dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered\n-Dogs must be current on Rabies\, Distemper\, and Bordetella\n-Day passes available for $10 for the first dog and $5 for additional dogs in the same household (up to 3)\n-No outside food or drinks \n50% of dog entry fees will be donated to AFSP Nebraska.
